By accessing or using Savr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Savr is a budget management application that allows users to track expenses, create budgets, and manage their personal finances. The Service may integrate with third-party financial services, including Plaid, to provide account connection and transaction tracking features.

When you connect bank accounts or other financial services through the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • We use third-party services (such as Plaid) to facilitate account connections
  • Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or security of third-party services
  • You are responsible for authorizing and managing your connected accounts

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
